About how multiple perspectives may impact perceived efficiency in global organisations
During a training session with an Australian engineering team working for a German global company, we discussed the efficiency of meetings with German managers. One Australian engineer remarked rather darkly, “Even when you are on time, you are still too late,” which resonated strongly with the rest of the team

Failure to accurately interpret multiple perspectives in global organisations may negatively affect perceptions of efficiency across cultures and cause cultural bias.
