CULTURAL INSIGHTS

About how multiple perspectives may negatively affect the evaluation process.

During an intercultural presentation, a French expatriate manager commented that she prefers to highlight mistakes over successes of individual team members, believing feedback should focus on errors: ‘people should be told about mistakes, rather than dwell on what went well’.
