2. COURSE: Effective Intercultural Communication and Interactions

Effective Intercultural Communication and Interactions aims to enhance the cultural awareness and with help of culturally specific skills participants are able to interact more effective with culturally diverse ‘others’. Intercultural communication is key to preparing (local) government, councils, non profit organisations and their staff for productive multiculturalism while dealing with their diverse clients and communities. 3. COURSE: Developing CQ for Leading Effectively across Cultures

Developing CQ for Leading Effectively across Cultures aims to enhance the Intercultural Competences required to working with and leading people from different cultural backgrounds. Organisations want to hire professionals with high Cultural Intelligence (CQ) because these individuals are better decision makers, negotiators, networkers, and leaders for today’s globalised world. Success in this context requires being able to balance multiple perspectives, build relationships and networks, and manage high levels of complexity and unpredictability, in order to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate across cultures.
