  • JOOST THISSEN Founder & Partner

    Joost Thissen is founder and partner of Culture Resource Centre. Her areas of expertise include cross-cultural management, developing intercultural competence, behavioural and organisational change. Joost has a Master’s Degree in Business Sociology (A'dam, The Netherlands) and a Professional Development Certificate "Executive Coaching” by the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology (Sydney). She is accredited in the Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC), the IRC Train-the-trainer, and holds Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Joost is adjunct lecturer for the University of Wollongong, and lectures international students at the Sydney Business School (MBA).

  • KEES HOEFSLOOT Partner

    Kees Hoefsloot is partner of the Culture Resource Centre. During his international career he developed a keen interest and in-depth expertise in global business, partnerships, outsourcing/ off-shoring, and remote and multicultural teams and projects. Kees holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business and participated in the executive MBA “International Client Account Sales” program with INSEAD. He holds a Professional Development Certificate "Executive coaching” by the Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology (Sydney), is accredited in Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC), and Kotter’s 8-Step Process for Leading Change (and its Train-the-Trainer program).
